Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, delivering high-quality insurance, governance and client relationship services while supporting team development and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage day-to-day insurance servicing and renewals for a portfolio of captive clients
⭐ Prepare and review Board papers, meeting minutes and insurance programme documentation
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, brokers, regulators and internal stakeholders
⭐ Support financial reporting through the provision of insurance and claims information
⭐ Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to wider business objectives
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACII qualification (or equivalent) or working towards completion
⭐ Strong insurance or reinsurance experience, with captive insurance experience advantageous
⭐ Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good Excel skills and experience working with insurance and claims data
⭐ Previous supervisory or people development experience
