Lively and bubbly, with a wide, welcoming smile, Managing Director Sophie puts so much enthusiasm into everything she does, and generates so much energy, she makes us feel tired and can power the office lights all day. With her deep love of family life and raising her two young children, she knows the effort it takes to blend a career with being a mother. She relaxes by partaking in boot camps, running the odd marathon and, being a west coast girl, taking the family surfing. Phew! Watch out! Bouncy and lively hides the serious and determined Belinda who loves nothing better than getting stuck into negotiation and mediation and matching you with the position you want. As well as being a busy working mum, she is responsible for all corporate social responsibility and her new found sport is running up and down 3 flights of stairs, several times a day, to the OSA Charity Pop Up Shop which she also manages. They say they get everywhere and we have ours - a delightfully chatty Glasgow girl who is bright and sparkly and the best news is that you can actually understand what she is saying. Loves people, posh canapes (married to a chef so that helps), flowers, floristry and interior design and has an eye for detail and a memory which catches us all out all of the time. Our own Mister Watersports (and, yes, that does include making great cups of tea) ridiculously fit, Matt is the guy you see on the horizon at Vazon halfway to the United States on a paddle board. Positive, interested and enthusiastic, he enjoys being part of the team, the variety of the clients he meets and the challenge of listening, matching and then placing them into their desired roles. He has plans to circumnavigate Guernsey on his paddleboard, so if you don’t want to swim out to meet him you can contact him at the office.

Our Recruitment Administrator Jade travelled through China, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, trekking the Great Wall, sailing around the Whitsundays and scaling Mount Doom. She absolutely loves to read anything and everything, so you can often find her hidden in the library with a hot chocolate and a pile of books! Her focus, care and positivity underline that she is seriously into finding the right placement. Mary (Esther) Berry, our very own in house cake maker extraordinaire. Novelty cakes a speciality for family, friends and office, from Scooby Doo to Fireman Sam, The Hungry Caterpillar to Peppa Pig. When Esther is not baking or making sure the figures add up for the Temp Payroll, she is travelling, Canada, Malta, and the Ukraine, to teach English at a children's school.
