Lead client service delivery and captive insurance operations at senior leadership level, ensuring high-quality service, strong governance and delivery of strategic and commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as Client Executive and member of the Senior Leadership Team
⭐ Deliver and implement strategic and operational plans across client portfolios
⭐ Lead teams to ensure client service excellence, compliance and profitability
⭐ Oversee and develop Client Executives, Senior Managers and teams
⭐ Ensure regulatory, legal and governance standards are consistently met
⭐ Contribute to Board decisions, strategy and business planning
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong leadership experience in insurance, reinsurance or captive management
⭐ Deep technical knowledge of captive structures and insurance markets
