Lead operational resilience, business services and support functions for a leading financial services organisation, ensuring the Guernsey Branch operates securely, efficiently and resiliently.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead Business Support, IT and Facilities teams
⭐ Own the Branch’s operational resilience framework
⭐ Oversee business continuity, resilience testing and crisis management
⭐ Lead third-party risk and outsourcing governance
⭐ Coordinate cyber security and information security activities
What you’ll need:
⭐ 7+ years’ experience in operational resilience, risk, business continuity or financial services
⭐ Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
⭐ Strong knowledge of operational resilience, TPRM and outsourcing
⭐ Understanding of cyber and information security
⭐ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
