Senior legal role providing strategic and practical legal support to Guernsey boards and the wider Group across fiduciary, regulatory, commercial and contentious matters.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Advise boards on legal, regulatory and governance matters
⭐ Manage contracts, complaints, claims and regulatory issues
⭐ Support Group legal risk management and external counsel relationships
⭐ Supervise junior legal team members and cross-jurisdictional matters
What you’ll need:
⭐ Qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE
⭐ Strong legal, drafting and commercial judgement
⭐ Experience advising boards and senior stakeholders
⭐ Fiduciary, financial services or regulatory experience desirable
