An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Billing Administrator to join a busy finance team, supporting the billing process and helping deliver an efficient and accurate invoicing service.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Managing the billing process from invoice creation through to distribution
⭐ Reviewing WIP, processing billing amendments and resolving queries
⭐ Liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timely invoicing
⭐ Supporting process improvements and maintaining accurate billing records
⭐ Assisting with wider finance team activities as required
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous billing experience, ideally within a professional services environment
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Good Microsoft Office skills and a proactive approach
⭐ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
