Key responsibilities:

⭐ Oversee captive client portfolios, ensuring governance and regulatory standards

What you’ll need:
⭐ ACII or equivalent qualification
⭐ Strong insurance/reinsurance experience
⭐ Proven leadership of teams and client portfolios
⭐ Good commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience in change, governance or operational improvement desirable
