Key responsibilities:

What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong experience in captive insurance, reinsurance or client administration
⭐ ACII (or equivalent) and solid technical insurance knowledge
⭐ Good understanding of accounting, tax, company law and governance
⭐ Proven leadership or team management experience
⭐ Ability to contribute at board and senior stakeholder level
⭐ Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
