Support the management of a portfolio of Life and Disability clients, delivering exceptional client service while coordinating with internal teams, brokers and stakeholders to ensure efficient administration and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support the administration of Life and Disability client portfolios and respond to client queries
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, brokers and internal stakeholders
⭐ Assist with renewals, new business, quotes and client onboarding
⭐ Prepare client documentation, reports and operational MI
⭐ Process administration, reconciliations and CDD requirements while supporting projects and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 2–3 years’ experience in a client service role, ideally within financial services
⭐ Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
⭐ Banking or investment administration experience is advantageous
