Senior Trust Administrator / Trust Officer


A professional services firm is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator or Trust Officer to join its team, supporting the delivery of high quality services to private clients and their structures.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring accurate records and documentation
⭐ Maintain client relationships and liaise with intermediaries and service providers
⭐ Process transactions, including payments, investments and banking activities
⭐ Support bookkeeping and financial reporting processes
⭐ Attend client and intermediary meetings where required
⭐ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
⭐ Provide guidance and support to junior team members (senior level)

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in trust or fiduciary services (level dependent on role)
⭐ Good understanding of trust and company administration
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
⭐ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
⭐ Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. STEP/CGI) preferred
⭐ Proactive approach with a team-focused mindset
