Trust Administrator

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain client records, statutory documents, and database updates
⭐ Support bookkeeping for trusts and companies, including reconciliations
⭐ Assist with bank account administration and transaction monitoring
⭐ Prepare client communications, meeting minutes, and reports
⭐ Develop knowledge of trust structures, tax, and internal procedures
⭐ Support day-to-day administration and time recording

What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English)
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
⭐ Positive, team-focused attitude
⭐ Willingness to learn and develop in financial services
