Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer


A well-established fiduciary services firm is seeking a Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to join its team. This role involves managing a portfolio of client structures while delivering a high standard of client service.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies on a day-to-day basis
⭐ Maintain accurate client records and statutory documentation
⭐ Manage banking activities, payments and cashflow monitoring
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries and investment advisors
⭐ Review financial information and support accounting processes
⭐ Attend client meetings and prepare supporting documentation
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
⭐ Support and mentor junior team members (senior level)

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in trust or fiduciary services (level dependent on role)
⭐ Strong understanding of trust and company administration
⭐ Good communication and organisational skills
⭐ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
⭐ Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. STEP/CGI) preferred
⭐ Proactive and team-focused approach
