Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain client databases, statutory records and meeting minutes
⭐ Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial records
⭐ Support bank account openings, payments and investment transactions
⭐ Prepare client correspondence and telephone follow-ups
⭐ Assist with investment reviews and develop knowledge of tax and trust structures
What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
⭐ Confident communication and interpersonal skills
⭐ Strong organisation and attention to detail
⭐ Positive, committed approach to teamwork
⭐ Ability to work to deadlines and service standards
