Lead and support a trust team, overseeing client relationships, team performance, and the administration of complex fiduciary structures within a growing global business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage the day-to-day operations and workflow of the trust team
⭐ Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards
⭐ Oversee complex trust structures and identify risk mitigation solutions
⭐ Support staff development through training, guidance and performance reviews
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
⭐ Attend client meetings, committee meetings and act as a B signatory where required
What you’ll need:
⭐ Management-level experience within trust or fiduciary services
⭐ Strong knowledge of trust structures and client relationship management
⭐ STEP, CGI or similar qualification (or working towards)
⭐ Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
⭐ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and drive team performance
⭐ Proactive approach with strong regulatory awareness
