Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support the day-to-day administration of trust and corporate entities
⭐ Liaise with clients, advisors and colleagues, ensuring requests are handled promptly and professionally
⭐ Prepare, maintain and file client documentation and records
⭐ Submit statutory forms and returns through online portals
⭐ Assist with timesheet recording and fee recovery processes
⭐ Work towards the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management
What you’ll need:
⭐ A-Level education or equivalent (degree beneficial)
⭐ Strong communication and organisational skills
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
⭐ Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
⭐ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
⭐ Previous office or financial services experience would be advantageous
