Lead client relationships and governance services within a growing corporate services business, supporting strategic growth, managing teams and delivering high-quality company secretarial solutions.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of clients and act as a key point of contact
⭐ Attend board and committee meetings and prepare related documentation and minutes
⭐ Review incorporations, statutory filings and governance processes
⭐ Lead, mentor and support team members, including performance management
⭐ Support business development, client pitches and internal projects
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in company secretarial, fund administration or trust administration
⭐ Strong governance and regulatory knowledge, including AML/CFT requirements
⭐ Proven people management and leadership skills
⭐ Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management abilities
⭐ Relevant qualification such as CGI/ICSA, STEP, IOD or similar
