Key responsibilities:
⭐ Supporting the planning and delivery of the Festival programme and events
⭐ Assisting with programming, marketing, sponsorship and volunteer coordination
⭐ Helping manage budgets, operations and key stakeholder relationships
⭐ Representing the Festival and deputising for the Festival Director when required
⭐ Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the Festival
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in arts, events, publishing or festival management
⭐ Strong project management and organisational skills
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
⭐ A proactive, collaborative and flexible approach
⭐ Passion for literature, the arts and community events
