Provide maintenance and repair support helping to ensure a safe, well-maintained and welcoming environment for all.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Carry out general maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work across sites
⭐ Undertake basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and building maintenance tasks
⭐ Conduct compliance checks, fire alarm testing and health & safety inspections
⭐ Use digital systems to log maintenance jobs and record inspections
What you’ll need:
⭐ Practical maintenance experience with skills in areas such as carpentry, painting, plastering or plumbing
⭐ Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance
⭐ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⭐ Basic IT skills and confidence using digital job management systems
⭐ Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
