An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buying Assistant to join a growing fashion team within a leading retail business. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full buying process, supporting the development of trend-led womenswear collections from concept through to delivery.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Supporting the Buyer with product development and critical path management
⭐ Assisting with supplier communications, samples, fit sessions and approvals
⭐ Conducting trend research, sales analysis and competitor reviews
⭐ Maintaining range plans and product information
⭐ Supporting packaging, labelling and quality control processes
⭐ Responding to product queries and helping ensure timely deliveries
