Tax Reporting Officer


Provide administrative and operational support to the Tax Reporting team, ensuring accurate maintenance of client tax documentation and timely delivery of regulatory reporting requirements across the business.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Collect, organise and maintain client tax reporting data and documentation
⭐ Review onboarding, AML and periodic review records to ensure tax documentation is complete
⭐ Support FATCA, CRS and QI reporting processes, including W-series form validation
⭐ Monitor exception reports, reconciliations and reporting data, escalating issues where required
⭐ Assist with audits, regulatory reviews and ongoing process improvements

What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately to deadlines
⭐ Good organisational and communication skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
⭐ Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively within a team environment
⭐ Interest in developing knowledge of tax reporting regimes including FATCA, CRS and QI
