Key responsibilities:
⭐ Managing a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate client structures
⭐ Leading, mentoring and developing a team of fiduciary professionals
⭐ Overseeing complex client matters and ensuring excellent service delivery
⭐ Supporting business development and maintaining key client relationships
⭐ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, risk controls and internal policies
⭐ Monitoring profitability, WIP recovery and overall team performance
What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior fiduciary leadership role
⭐ STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent professional qualification
⭐ Strong technical knowledge of trust, company administration and regulatory requirements
⭐ Excellent leadership, client relationship and communication skills
⭐ Commercial awareness with experience managing risk and financial performance
