Provide day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, delivering high-quality fiduciary services while ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML requirements.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer trust and company structures, including payments, distributions and client requests
⭐ Prepare minutes, resolutions, asset statements and other trust documentation
⭐ Maintain accurate client records, compliance diaries and due diligence requirements
⭐ Liaise with clients, banks, accountants, lawyers and other service providers
⭐ Support file reviews, new business onboarding and fee collection processes
⭐ Provide guidance and training to junior team members
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in trust and company administration or a similar fiduciary role
⭐ STEP/CGI qualification (or working towards)
⭐ Strong understanding of AML, KYC and financial crime regulations
⭐ Excellent organisational, communication and client relationship skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
