Lead and coordinate end-to-end integration of acquisitions, ensuring smooth delivery from due diligence through to post-merger integration while protecting deal value.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as central coordinator across deal teams, workstreams, and stakeholders
⭐ Drive integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-merger delivery
⭐ Establish and run the Integration Management Office (IMO)
⭐ Translate diligence findings into actionable integration plans
⭐ Manage relationships with target businesses and senior stakeholders
⭐ Track risks, milestones, and value realisation across multiple deals
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in M&A, integration, consulting, or programme management
⭐ Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and cross-functional operations
