Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead transfer agency and investor servicing operations across a private capital portfolio
⭐ Oversee service delivery, operational controls and regulatory compliance
⭐ Manage relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and outsourced service teams
⭐ Support governance, reporting and operational oversight across multiple jurisdictions
⭐ Drive process improvements, operational efficiency and change initiatives
⭐ Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operations team
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong experience in fund administration, transfer agency or investor services
⭐ Knowledge of private capital or alternative asset structures preferred
⭐ Experience managing outsourced or multi-location operational models
⭐ Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
⭐ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
⭐ Professional qualification (e.g. CGI/ICSA or similar) advantageous
