Provide high-quality trust and corporate administration while building strong client and adviser relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
⭐ Manage day-to-day administration of trust and corporate portfolios
⭐ Liaise with clients, advisers, banks and asset managers
⭐ Process requests, maintain records and ensure accurate documentation
⭐ Conduct periodic reviews, reconciliations and regulatory checks
⭐ Support efficient billing, timesheets and debtor management
⭐ Maintain high standards of client service and confidentiality
What you’ll need:
⭐ 2–3 years’ financial or fiduciary services experience
⭐ Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
⭐ Good Microsoft Office and systems knowledge
⭐ Understanding of AML requirements
⭐ Trust experience and STEP qualification desirable
