Manage a small portfolio of trust and company clients under supervision.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain statutory records and entity documentation
⭐ Process payments and identify receipts
⭐ Prepare routine board and trustee minutes
⭐ Assist with annual entity review action points
⭐ Liaise with internal teams, clients and intermediaries
⭐ Handle general trust and company administration tasks
What you’ll need:
⭐ Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
⭐ Around 2 years’ trust or company administration experience
⭐ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision
⭐ Team-focused and organised approach
⭐ Willingness to study toward STEP qualification
