Support the Company Secretary in delivering corporate secretarial and governance services across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to board support, governance projects and company secretarial administration within a leading private client firm.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Provide corporate secretarial support, including minute taking and statutory administration
⭐ Assist with board meeting coordination, agenda preparation and distribution of board papers
⭐ Record and track board decisions, action points and governance matters
⭐ Build strong relationships with board members, senior management and stakeholders
⭐ Support governance projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous company secretarial, governance or administration experience
⭐ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
⭐ Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills
⭐ Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
⭐ Studying towards or interested in a professional qualification such as CGI or STEP would be beneficial
