Join a small, growing business, providing fund and corporate administration support in a collaborative office environment.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as first point of contact for investor queries and correspondence
⭐ Prepare payments, drawdown and distribution notices, and cash reconciliations
⭐ Support Board processes, including Board pack preparation, meeting coordination and minute-taking
⭐ Maintain corporate records, statutory registers and client data
⭐ Prepare resolutions, filings and assist with CDD and compliance requirements
⭐ Liaise with banks, lawyers and internal stakeholders
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–4 years’ experience in fund or corporate administration
⭐ Strong general administration skills and attention to detail
⭐ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online banking
⭐ Ability to manage priorities and communicate confidently
⭐ Experience with Acumen or M-Files desirable but not essential (training provided)
