Manage a portfolio of complex private wealth and family office clients while leading a team to deliver high-quality fiduciary, governance and administration services.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service
⭐ Lead, mentor and develop a team of administrators and managers
⭐ Oversee client administration, governance and regulatory compliance
⭐ Review complex transactions and private wealth structures
⭐ Support business development, onboarding and cross-selling opportunities
⭐ Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 6–8 years’ experience in trust, company or fiduciary administration
⭐ STEP, CGIUKI or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
⭐ Experience managing complex client structures and leading teams
⭐ Strong knowledge of fiduciary, regulatory and compliance requirements
⭐ Excellent client relationship and communication skills
