Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of trust and company clients while developing key relationships
⭐ Lead, mentor and support administrators, overseeing workloads and performance
⭐ Oversee trust administration, new business onboarding and client due diligence

What you’ll need:
⭐ STEP qualification and/or 5+ years’ fiduciary administration experience
⭐ Previous management experience or management training
⭐ Strong knowledge of trust administration, compliance and client due diligence
⭐ Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
⭐ Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
