Join a busy team providing high-quality fiduciary services to private clients.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Statutory work (minutes, agreements, Trust Instruments)
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and institutions
⭐ Manage investments, payments, distributions, and invoices
⭐ Maintain up-to-date client records and CDD
⭐ Prepare client reports
⭐ Support the investment process and other duties as required
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ Trust & Company Administration experience
⭐ STEP/ICSA qualified or working towards
⭐ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
⭐ Ability to prioritise, work independently, and in a team
⭐ GCSEs/O Levels including English and Maths
⭐ Willingness to learn and adapt
