Trainee Trust Administrator


Support the administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients while developing core skills in fiduciary services within a structured team environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with day-to-day trust and company administration tasks
⭐ Prepare bank payments, minutes, and resolutions
⭐ Input and maintain client data using internal systems
⭐ Support client onboarding and new business processes
⭐ Assist with statutory records and due diligence updates
⭐ Liaise with clients and attend meetings where required

What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
⭐ Good organisation and time management skills
⭐ Basic IT skills (especially Microsoft Office and data systems)
⭐ Willingness to learn and follow procedures
⭐ Strong communication and teamworking ability
⭐ Interest in trust and company administration (training provided)
