Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, supporting client relationships while overseeing day-to-day administration and junior team development.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage trust and corporate structures including cash management, payments and record maintenance
⭐ Monitor investment portfolios and ensure CDD requirements are maintained
⭐ Act as primary or backup relationship manager for clients and support client meetings
⭐ Record chargeable time, raise invoices and monitor aged debtors
⭐ Supervise junior team members through delegation, training and performance feedback
⭐ Ensure compliance with review comments, action points and regulatory requirements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 4–5 years’ experience within trust and company administration
⭐ Strong knowledge of offshore trust and company structures
⭐ Working towards or completing STEP, ICSA or similar qualification
⭐ Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills
⭐ Good knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory environment
⭐ Confident communication skills and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
