Lead the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring excellent client service, regulatory compliance, and efficient day-to-day management.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of private client trusts and companies
⭐ Maintain client records, minutes, and statutory documentation
⭐ Liaise with advisers, banks, and other stakeholders
⭐ Oversee payments, cash management, and fee collection
⭐ Support tax filings, AEOI reporting, and compliance reviews
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in trust and company administration
⭐ Knowledge of Guernsey fiduciary and AML/CFT requirements
⭐ Strong organisational and client service skills
⭐ Experience drafting minutes and maintaining records
⭐ STEP, CGI, or similar qualification (or studying towards)
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
