Overseeing fiduciary services across trust, company, and related structures while driving commercial growth, governance, and exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead and develop the Guernsey Private Clients team, including recruitment, coaching, and succession planning
⭐ Drive financial performance across revenue growth, profitability, and operational targets
⭐ Build and grow a high-quality private client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities
⭐ Act as director on complex client structures, ensuring sound fiduciary and regulatory decision-making
⭐ Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance standards across the business
⭐ Manage high-risk and complex client matters, including disputes and relationship recovery
What you’ll need:
⭐ Significant senior leadership experience in fiduciary services, private client, or trust administration
⭐ Strong technical expertise in trusts, companies, foundations, and related structures
⭐ Proven commercial acumen with budget ownership and business development experience
⭐ Professional qualification such as STEP, CGI/ICSA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
⭐ Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
⭐ Strong knowledge of Guernsey regulatory requirements and fiduciary market practice
