Looking for an individual with relevant industry experience to work in this varied role.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support investor correspondence and respond to routine queries
⭐ Assist with statutory and regulatory filings, corporate records and registers
⭐ Prepare payments, monitor cash transactions and support bank account processes
⭐ Assist with Board processes, including Board packs, meeting coordination and minutes
⭐ Support drawdown, distribution and fund reporting processes
⭐ Liaise with clients, Directors and internal teams, escalating where required
What you’ll need:
⭐ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fund or corporate administration
⭐ Strong general administration skills and attention to detail
⭐ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online banking systems
⭐ Confident communicator with good organisational skills
⭐ Experience with Acumen or M-Files desirable but not essential (training provided)
