Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Provide strategic HR advice and oversight
⭐ Support workforce planning, recruitment and staff development
⭐ Advise on employment policies, wellbeing and remuneration
⭐ Contribute to Board governance, strategy and risk management
What You’ll Need:
⭐ Strong HR experience and knowledge of employment law
⭐ Understanding of HR governance and organisational development
⭐ Excellent communication, judgement and advisory skills
⭐ Passion for protecting Guernsey’s natural environment
