Manage complex client onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient CDD processes and high-quality client service.
What you’ll be doing:
⭐ Manage end-to-end onboarding for complex clients.
⭐ Conduct screening, CDD and risk assessments.
⭐ Liaise with clients, fee earners and Compliance to obtain documentation and resolve issues.
⭐ Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
⭐ Improve onboarding processes and support team training and development.
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in onboarding, CDD, AML or compliance.
⭐ Strong knowledge of Jersey/Guernsey AML/CFT regulations and complex structures.
⭐ Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and follow procedures.
