Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, delivering high-quality client service while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the development of junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer a portfolio of trust and corporate structures
⭐ Build strong client relationships and attend client meetings
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
⭐ Manage client billing, debtors and cash collection
⭐ Support and mentor junior team members
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–4 years’ trust and company administration experience
⭐ STEP, CGI/ICSA qualification (or working towards) preferred
⭐ Strong understanding of trust and corporate administration
⭐ Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a client-focused approach
