Lead the operational risk function, embedding the risk framework, strengthening governance and providing strategic risk oversight across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Lead and develop the Risk team and operational risk framework
⭐ Oversee risk assessments, incidents, root cause analysis and remediation
⭐ Maintain risk registers, RCSAs, KRIs and Board reporting
⭐ Drive risk governance, policy implementation and regulatory compliance
⭐ Support business continuity, projects and organisation-wide risk culture
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in financial services risk management
⭐ Strong knowledge of operational risk, governance and risk frameworks
⭐ Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience with risk systems and Microsoft Office
