Support the Management Accountant and Financial Accountant in maintaining accurate airline expenditure records, ensuring strong controls, reconciliations and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Process invoices, purchase orders and payment runs in line with controls
⭐ Support month-end close, reconciliations and ledger maintenance
⭐ Assist with creditor management and cashflow monitoring
⭐ Help prepare monthly accounts, audit information and reporting packs
⭐ Support and guide junior team members where required
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in accounts payable, credit control or a finance role
⭐ Strong reconciliation, reporting and financial administration skills
⭐ Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software, plus Microsoft Office
⭐ Excellent organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
⭐ AAT, ACCA or similar qualification (or working towards) preferred
