Senior Administrator, Trust & Corporate


A growing and forward-thinking business is seeking a Senior Administrator to join its Private Wealth team. This is a varied role offering responsibility for the administration of trust and company structures while working closely with clients, intermediaries and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Managing a portfolio of trust and company structures
⭐ Handling client communications, payments and transactional work
⭐ Preparing minutes, resolutions and supporting documentation
⭐ Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
⭐ Maintaining client due diligence, risk assessments and periodic reviews
⭐ Supporting billing, fee collection and general administrative processes

What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–5 years’ experience within fiduciary or trust administration
⭐ Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
⭐ Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
⭐ Studying towards or willing to undertake a professional qualification advantageous
