A well-known local charity is seeking an Animal Care Manager to support the day-to-day running of its busy animal shelter. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting animal welfare operations, leading teams and helping ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Supporting the daily management and operation of the animal shelter
⭐ Assisting with staff and volunteer coordination, rota planning and team support
⭐ Helping maintain high standards of animal welfare and care
⭐ Supporting operational planning and wider organisational objectives
⭐ Deputising for the Manager when required
