Working for the Guernsey Stroke Association, supporting engagement activity and developing stroke support networks across Guernsey.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Recruit, manage and support volunteers and community groups
⭐ Build relationships with stakeholders, healthcare teams and community partners
⭐ Support campaigns, advocacy and community engagement initiatives
⭐ Collect data, produce reports and share community insight
⭐ Promote inclusion, wellbeing and support for stroke survivors and carers
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience working with volunteers, support groups or community networks
⭐ Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
⭐ Experience in community engagement, advocacy or partnership working
⭐ Excellent communication, public speaking and IT skills
⭐ Knowledge of GDPR, safeguarding and health & safety practices
⭐ Adaptable, organised and passionate about supporting communities
