Support the smooth day-to-day operations of a growing professional services business, providing office, marketing, finance and administrative support across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as the first point of contact for guests and incoming calls
⭐ Manage office administration, supplies, travel and operational support
⭐ Assist with marketing campaigns, events and social media updates
⭐ Support finance administration and employee onboarding processes
⭐ Help maintain health & safety standards, policies and procedures

⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills

⭐ Confidence liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
