Oversee a team and manage a portfolio of trust clients, delivering high-quality service and operational control.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage and supervise relationship managers and administrators
⭐ Oversee cash management, discretionary decisions and record keeping
⭐ Review investment portfolios and client structures
⭐ Act as primary contact for key client relationships
⭐ Monitor billing, utilisation targets and debtor balances
⭐ Lead team performance, training and development
What you’ll need:
⭐ Professional qualification (STEP, ICSA, ACCA or similar)
⭐ Strong trust and company administration experience
⭐ Leadership and team management skills
⭐ Knowledge of Guernsey regulatory environment
⭐ Excellent organisation and communication skills
⭐ Proven client service and business development experience
