Support the Finance team with day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliations, and billing activities.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage accounts payable and receivable activities
⭐ Post cash receipts and complete bank reconciliations
⭐ Process invoices, expenses, and payment runs
⭐ Prepare billing and respond to finance queries
⭐ Maintain financial records and produce reports
⭐ Assist with property transactions and client account compliance
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in a similar finance role
⭐ Strong understanding of accounting principles
⭐ Good Excel and MS Office skills (Aderant desirable)
⭐ Excellent attention to detail and organisation
⭐ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Ability to manage deadlines and varied workload
