Assistant Manager, Client Support


Lead a high-performing client services team delivering excellence across pension and trust administration.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Oversee day-to-day client support, ensuring fast, accurate responses and service delivery
⭐ Drive operational performance, monitor cases, and resolve complex issues
⭐ Maintain accurate data and reporting across core systems (Salesforce, Acumen)
⭐ Coach and develop team members, building a cross-trained, multi-skilled unit
⭐ Champion process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration

What you’ll need:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in pensions and/or trust administration
⭐ Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
⭐ High attention to detail and a methodical approach
⭐ Confidence managing workloads, performance, and client escalations
⭐ Willingness to study towards STEP, PMI, ICSA or similar
