Trust Officer


Join a respected, fully independent trust company delivering bespoke fiduciary services to an international client base. We’re looking for a motivated Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of trust and corporate structures while supporting and guiding junior team members.

What you’ll be doing

⭐ Manage a portfolio of trust & company structures, ensuring high-quality daily administration
⭐ Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, resolving issues and supporting meetings
⭐ Oversee chargeable time, cash collection, compliance and mentoring of administrators

What you’ll bring

⭐ 3–4+ years’ trust experience and ideally STEP/ICSA qualified
⭐ Strong communication, attention to detail and confidence working to deadlines
⭐ Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability and commitment to ongoing development
