Manage a portfolio of trust and company clients with a hands-on, detail-driven approach, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and administration.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Administer trusts, companies, and private client structures
⭐ Draft minutes, resolutions, and maintain accurate records
⭐ Ensure client funds and transactions are efficiently managed
⭐ Maintain client files and financial records with precision
⭐ Build strong client relationships and respond to instructions promptly

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in trust or company administration
⭐ Part-qualified (e.g. STEP) or working toward a relevant qualification
⭐ Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
⭐ Strong IT and record-keeping skills
